right to nominate a representative to attend meetings of the Advisory
Council which addresses global cotton matters and Association policy;

rights for elections to the Management Committee of the Advisory Council;
- Registration
of any branch offices and similar associates at nominal rates.
Benefits
to Affiliate Firms:
- Affiliate
Firms will enjoy similar privileges as Registered Rule Book Holders
except that they may not make application for arbitration under our
bylaws and rules.
