Trading under the “ICA Rules” has increased very significantly in recent years. The majority of contracts for international trade are agreed subject to the ICA Rules and are therefore dependant upon ICA arbitration in the event of dispute.

The ICA’s Rules are available in English, Chinese, French, Portuguese and Russian.
